Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Daybreak Energy and Solar LLC. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the B2B market.
With a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. Your excellent leadership skills will enable you to build and manage a high-performing sales team, while your communication and negotiation skills will help you establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
As a Senior Sales Leader, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build, lead, and grow a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
- Mentor and support team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location (Houston, TX) and industry standards.
