Job Title: Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Daybreak Energy and Solar LLC. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the B2B market.

With a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. Your excellent leadership skills will enable you to build and manage a high-performing sales team, while your communication and negotiation skills will help you establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As a Senior Sales Leader, you will:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Build, lead, and grow a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  3. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
  4. Mentor and support team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location (Houston, TX) and industry standards.
