About the Position

The Client Development Executive will focus on securing multi-year sponsorships, working closely with the Head of Integrated Sales to identify prospects, set sales strategy, and grow overall revenue. This individual will possess superior presentation skills, articulating and monetizing concepts in a consultative manner to generate revenue from new, traditional, and non-traditional sources.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-level client relationships across the media, marketing, and sponsorship landscape.
  • Collaborate across all Playfly divisions to effectively target brands and convert prospects into partners.
  • Utilize available systems and reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability towards achievement of assigned budget goals.
  • Employ the latest prospecting tools, research data, and market knowledge to develop effective sales positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preference in Sports Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in business development, partnership sales, sponsorship, or brand strategy.
  • Must have prior management experience and demonstrated ability to develop relationships with high-level clientele.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
