Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Addison Group.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and account management.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and developing strategic relationships with clients.
  • You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate fees and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree or equivalent.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to connect with others.
  • Competitive spirit.

Salary Information:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
