About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Group Sales Manager to join our team at an upscale hotel in Downtown Chicago. This dynamic position will involve overseeing all group sales efforts, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with experience in group sales, CRM applications, and data analysis. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, plus bonus/commission, comprehensive health benefits, 401k + match, a great PTO plan, employee discounts, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
