Job Overview

Marcum Search is partnering with a client in central Nassau County, NY, to identify a skilled Sales Account Manager with a robust background in sales and client relations.

Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence five days a week in Nassau County, NY, with the potential for remote work two days a week after an acclimation period of approximately 2-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to effectively oversee accounts and meet annual sales and service objectives.
  • Act as the main liaison in delivering services to clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide integrated and comprehensive service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal certificate.
  • Experience in the legal sector (litigation preferred), ADR industry, or judicial system.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

The compensation for this role ranges from $50K-$60K annually, based on experience, plus monthly bonuses.
