Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers, utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
  • Relationship Building: Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct communication and sponsored customer events.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction through internal and external measurements by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending industry events and educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
  • Sales Prospecting: Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Driver's License.
  • At least 2 years of automotive sales experience is required, high-line automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads preferred).
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
  • Professional personal appearance.
