As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers, utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
- Relationship Building: Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct communication and sponsored customer events.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction through internal and external measurements by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints.
- Product Knowledge: Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending industry events and educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Transaction Management: Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
- Sales Prospecting: Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

Requirements:
- Current and valid Driver's License.
- At least 2 years of automotive sales experience is required, high-line automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads preferred).
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
