Job Overview

As a full-time Membership Sales Consultant, you embody the Equinox brand ethos. Your enthusiasm for health and fitness inspires others to realize their potential. You possess comprehensive knowledge of all club amenities, features, and programs, and your primary responsibility is to cultivate enduring relationships with both prospective and existing members, ensuring they fully benefit from their Equinox experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of club memberships and additional service packages.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities and clients.
  • Organize events and workshops to generate leads within the club.
  • Meet or surpass individual sales targets, renewals, and ancillary service objectives.
  • Conduct monthly pre-planning activities, including strategic outreach to secure member referrals.
  • Establish rapport and maintain lasting relationships with both prospective and current members.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of and actively participate in all club services, programs, and products.
Compensation

Pay Transparency: $17 per hour. Variable bonuses and commission structures provide the potential for total earnings between $80,000 and $100,000 upon achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Must exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Confidence in working under an incentive-based compensation model.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
  • A personal commitment to health and fitness.
  • Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work the last four days of each month.
