Job Overview

As a full-time Membership Sales Consultant, you will embody the Equinox brand. Your enthusiasm for health and fitness will inspire others to reach their potential. You will be well-versed in all the club's offerings, amenities, and programs, playing a crucial role in fostering enduring relationships with both prospective and existing members to enhance their Equinox experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of club memberships and additional service packages.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  • Organize events and workshops to generate leads within the club.
  • Meet or surpass individual sales targets, renewals, and service goals.
  • Engage in strategic outreach and planning each month to secure member referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
Compensation

Pay Transparency: $17 Hourly. Additional bonus and commission structures can lead to total earnings of $80,000-$100,000 upon achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Confidence in working with an incentive-based compensation structure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor.
  • Genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available during the last four days of each month.
