Job Overview

Position Title: Pre-Project Manager

Reporting To: Project Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, exempt

Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk continuously; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend, stoop, crawl, reach overhead, kneel; climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

This role involves executing various tasks to ensure the seamless flow of projects and invoicing for Dynamic Fusion. The individual will engage in both administrative duties and site inspections. Collaboration with a designated Office Administrator will be essential for managing daily operational tasks. This position will also entail overseeing the approval process for all documentation submitted by the Office Administrator.

  • Project Quoting & Estimation
  • Obtaining Vendor Quotes
  • Identifying Resources for Quote Completion
  • Prioritizing Quote Backlog Effectively
  • Following Up on Quotes with Customers
  • Conducting Field Measurements & Drafting
  • Coordinating with Subcontracted Engineers & Designers
    1. Managing Lead Times
    2. Collecting and Sharing Necessary Information
  • Sourcing & Purchasing Materials
  • Managing Shop Consumables & Inventory
  • Stocking Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Overseeing Shipping & Receiving
  • Vehicle Maintenance Oversight
  • Employee Training Coordination
  • Participating in Weekly Management Meetings (EOS L10)
  • Facilitating New Employee Training (Orientation & Onboarding)

Timely documentation is crucial for maintaining an efficient invoicing process. Attributes such as promptness, efficiency, and thoroughness are vital for success in this role.
