  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Address project tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the processes and procedures of the Project and Portfolio Management Office.

  • Manage stakeholder perspectives towards optimal solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management, active listening, collaboration, and team building.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities with a knack for managing competing demands.
  • Deep understanding of business needs, fostering high levels of customer trust and confidence.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Transparency in project progress, risks, and vendor performance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in medium to large-scale project management or a similar role.
  • At least five years of substantial experience in project/program planning, work plan development, and project management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working with public health agencies.
  • Organizational change management certification (Prosci).
  • SAFe certification.
  • Financial acumen.
