About the Role:
  • As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and values.
  • You'll leverage your exceptional networking skills and ability to qualify prospects to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and build long-term relationships with our clients.
  • With a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year and a commission-based structure, you'll have the opportunity to earn a significant income while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in staffing or sales.
  • High School Diploma required, but a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong networking abilities, a knack for qualifying prospects, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
