Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, from initial evaluation to contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing operations.
- Ensure integration outcomes align with product, marketplace, and platform policies and procedures.
- Plan and conduct quarterly performance reporting and business reviews, and own monthly billing and internal status communications.
- Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for partnership-level issues, and as the voice of the partner internally and the voice of the company externally to partners.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the partner marketing team and the Trimble marketing team.
- Assist with defining and deploying the marketing strategy for each commercial partnership, internally with sales/CSC reps and externally with customers and prospects.
- Ensure committed lead gen targets from Trimble to the partner are met.
- Strong technical depth.
- Relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Capacity to identify opportunities to improve performance and increase efficiency.
