IT Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team at First Interstate. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and priorities.
- Work with IT teams to ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
- Manage the IT portfolio to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that IT services are delivered to the required quality and standards.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT environment and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
