Security Systems Project Supervisor

The Security Systems Project Supervisor will oversee the effective and high-quality implementation of integrated security solutions. This role necessitates significant involvement in various project phases, including installation, testing, and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert and guide for the assigned team of technicians.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems at client locations.
- Installation tasks will encompass: Video NVR/Servers, IP Cameras, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Devices, Head End Panel Installations, Intercoms, Wireless Devices, and Switch Gear.
- Execute projects within defined scope, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide training and operational guidance to clients on system functionalities.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, maintaining precise daily logs and following operational standards.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Assess material options and confirm inventory accuracy.
- Ensure a tidy and organized worksite.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to the project site.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Field Technicians for effective project scheduling.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior or Lead Technician in the security integration field, including relevant manufacturer certifications.
- Proven experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
- Valid US driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Industrial and Oil/Gas sectors.
- Skills in data terminations.
- Field engineering or estimating capabilities.
- Proficiency in updating blueprints using Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, Fieldwire, and Smartsheets.
- Experience in programming, testing, and training end-users on various security systems.
- Willingness to travel for work as needed.

Physical Requirements:
The following physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
- Regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop.
- Frequent use of hands for handling, feeling objects, and typing; reaching with hands and arms; talking and hearing.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.

- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, working on job sites, and potential travel to various locations.
