Job Overview

The Security Systems Project Supervisor will oversee high-quality installations of integrated security solutions. This role demands significant involvement in project execution, encompassing the installation, testing, and finalization phases.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary expert and guide for a designated team of technicians.
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems at client locations.
  • Installation tasks will include, but are not limited to: Video NVR/Servers, IP Cameras, Access Control Devices, Intrusion Devices, Head End Panel Installations, Intercoms, Wireless Devices, and Switch Gear.
  • Ensure project completion within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Provide clients with system operation training and support.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail by maintaining accurate daily records and adhering to operational standards.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Review material options and confirm inventory accuracy.
  • Keep the job site organized and clean.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials to the job site.
  • Work with Project Management and Field Technicians to schedule projects effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior or Lead Technician with a security integrator, including relevant manufacturer certifications.
  • Experience in access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems:
    • Video Surveillance: Familiarity with systems such as Genetec, Milestone, Exaqc, Axis, Hanawa, etc.
    • Access Control: Knowledge of systems like RS2, S2, Lenel, Genetec, Feenics, etc.
    • Intrusion: Experience with DMP systems.
  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Industrial and Oil/Gas sectors.
  • Knowledge of data terminations.
  • Skills in field engineering or estimating.
  • Experience with updating blueprints using Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, Fieldwire, Smartsheets, etc.
  • Experience in programming, testing, and training users on various security systems.
  • Willingness to travel for work as needed.
