Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary expert and guide for a designated team of technicians.
- Execute, assess, troubleshoot, repair, and uphold all security systems at client locations.
- Installation tasks will encompass, but are not limited to: Video NVR/Servers, IP Cameras, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Devices, Head End Panel Installations, Intercoms, Wireless Devices, and Switch Gear.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined parameters, on schedule, and within budget.
- Provide clients with operational training and system guidance.
- Maintain meticulous daily logs and adhere to operational standards and protocols.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
- Review material options and confirm inventory accuracy.
- Keep the job site organized and clean.
- Coordinate the delivery of prepped materials to the work site.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Field Technicians for scheduling.


Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior/Lead Technician with a security integrator, including current manufacturer certifications.
- Proven industry experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, including:
- Video Surveillance: Genetec, Milestone, Exaqc, Axis, Hanawa, etc.
- Access Control: RS2, S2, Lenel, Genetec, Feenics, etc.
- Intrusion: DMP.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Industrial & Oil/Gas sectors.
- Skills in data terminations.
- Field engineering or estimating experience.
- Proficiency in updating blueprints using Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with Procore, Fieldwire, Smartsheets, etc.
- Experience in programming, testing, and training end-users on various security systems.
- Willingness to travel for work as necessary.

Physical Demands:
Employees must regularly stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop. Regular use of hands for handling objects and typing is required, along with reaching, talking, and hearing. Specific vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Use of power tools is necessary, and employees may occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.


Working Conditions:
Employees may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, work on job sites, and travel to various locations. Typical office environments may also be encountered, along with occasional exposure to construction equipment. Noise levels are generally moderate, and confined space entry may be necessary.
