POSITION SUMMARY

  • Solicit subcontractor bids and compile cost estimates alongside scheduling requirements to facilitate residential construction projects.

  • Ensure daily presence on job sites to uphold quality standards, budget constraints, timelines, and safety protocols.

We seek a seasoned Construction Project Supervisor to plan and oversee a diverse range of construction projects from inception to completion. You will organize and manage construction processes to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

An outstanding Construction Project Supervisor should possess a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and procedures, capable of coordinating a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and exceptional organizational skills.

Objective: Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, meet specified requirements, and remain within budgetary limits.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Ability to foster remarkable client-builder relationships and guide clients through the residential contracting process positively and personally.
  2. Commitment to accountability, taking ownership of decisions and their outcomes.
  3. Skill in resolving complex issues related to scheduling, billing, and change orders, facilitating understanding among all parties involved.
  4. Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interpret non-verbal cues and enhance communication through technology.
  5. Willingness to adhere to and improve company processes, contributing to team success.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (Superintendent) with a focus on high-end custom home projects.
