We seek a seasoned Construction Project Supervisor to plan and manage a diverse range of construction projects from inception to completion. You will organize and oversee construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

An outstanding Construction Project Supervisor should be knowledgeable in various construction methodologies and adept at coordinating a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster remarkable relationships with clients, guiding them through the residential construction process positively and personally. Build strong partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure mutual benefits for all parties involved.

3. Navigate challenging situations arising from scheduling, billing, and change orders, facilitating understanding among all parties to resolve conflicts satisfactorily.

4. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrating an ability to read non-verbal cues and enhance communication through technology.

5. Adhere to company processes while actively contributing to their improvement to strengthen the organization and foster teamwork.

Qualifications:

Skills:

Experience:
