Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in security systems sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of presenting to potential clients and negotiating in direct sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts, as well as up-selling and multi-line development of products and services to our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new accounts in the security systems market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for up-selling and multi-line development
  • Estimate, propose, negotiate, and close integrated systems opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and metrics to the operations and corporate teams
  • Participate in special product demonstrations and other events to increase sales and enhance the company's image

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, with a strong background in security systems sales
  • Knowledge of the security industry and the San Antonio region
  • Business-to-Business - Consultative Sales experience
  • Ability to satisfy State, Federal, and Customs background check requirements
