Position Overview:

We are seeking an Agency Partnership Strategist to spearhead the growth and enhancement of our partner ecosystem.

Role Details:

Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt

Compensation: Our cash compensation varies based on geographic labor costs. The ranges below are applicable to positions in the United States:

  • Zone A: $179,000 - $226,000
  • Zone B: $170,100 - $214,700
  • Zone C: $161,000 - $203,000

Note: These figures represent On Target Earnings (OTE) and may include base salary and sales commissions. The final salary will be determined during the interview process based on various factors, including location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and structure the Webflow partner ecosystem.
  • Develop acquisition and business growth strategies for partner programs.
  • Oversee daily operations of existing and future partner initiatives, focusing on retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to equip partners with essential tools and resources.
  • Identify and engage potential partners that align with our Ideal Sales Partner Profile (IsPP).
  • Establish long-term partnerships and promote partner account growth and retention.
  • Drive opportunities sourced through partners to create a robust pipeline for our sales team.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • A background in partner marketing, program management, or business development.
  • Proven success in co-selling with partners.
  • Experience in SaaS customer success, sales, or high-value account management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
  • A passion for web design, development, or familiarity with Webflow products.
