Job Description

We are seeking a Community Engagement Strategist for our client, Cynet Systems.

Job Title: Community Engagement Strategist

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Compensation: $67.41/hr - $72.41/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development within the Technology, Real Estate, or Travel sectors.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities; proven track record of driving growth and managing growth objectives while surpassing targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful and goal-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a history of leading strategic initiatives and processes.
  • Ability to forecast, model, and enhance growth strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Experience in sales or managing external relationships in technology and consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong persuasive skills, adept at negotiation and building consensus.
  • Quickly assess challenges and opportunities, making informed decisions based on data and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong business acumen to build trust at all organizational levels.
  • Deep empathy for the community and a strong passion for driving revenue and growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of value drivers in subscription-based business models.
  • Creative leadership skills that inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to thrive with minimal supervision, proactively addressing uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and large data analysis), analytical tools (SQL), and methodologies for capacity planning and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other technology solutions for managing supply acquisition and retention.
  • Extensive experience with collaborative project management tools and processes (e.g., Asana, Airtable).

Business Strategy:

  • Responsible for achieving revenue and host growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of plans to inform future business strategies.
  • Lead through inspiration, influence, and a commitment to community values.

Outcomes and Impact:

  • Contribute significantly to strategic outcomes that unlock new host opportunities.
  • Pioneer innovative growth models and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, managing multiple stakeholders and crafting effective solutions.
  • Support the development and scaling of pilot programs to enhance evolving business verticals.
  • Act as a change agent, utilizing change management methodologies effectively.
  • Lead resource development for the Co-hosting community through impactful communications.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of assigned markets, becoming a key resource for trends and dynamics.
  • Facilitate online and offline community events such as webinars and workshops.

Program Launch:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding education for new Co-hosts.
  • Analyze regional business trends to identify and scale growth opportunities.
  • Design and test new strategies to support Co-host growth.
  • Maintain a community forum to enhance feedback and support.
  • Execute workshops, events, and partnerships to create an integrated strategy.
  • Adapt central programs to meet regional objectives.

Co-Hosting Community Management:

  • Develop and implement effective communication campaigns to support engagement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Co-hosts, providing guidance in building their property management businesses.
  • Establish feedback channels to gather insights for product and program improvement.
  • Identify and pilot initiatives to enhance Co-host success.
