We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to join our Social Editorial team at Adobe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing creative briefs, overseeing concepting, and working with our agency partners and in-house team to deliver high-quality social creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of social creative from brief to execution
  • Manage creative agency relationships and collaborate with in-house teams to build production and review processes
  • Lead brainstorms and help concept, script, and develop creative, from content to campaigns
  • Develop creative franchises and strategies to market Adobe's products, maintain thought leadership, and develop brand affinity
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist at a major consumer-facing brand
  • Experience in a fast-paced, newsroom-style social team
  • Direct experience overseeing creative agencies, freelancers, and production teams to develop creative
  • A deep understanding of internet trends and culture
  • Ability to dive into brainstorms, develop concepts, pitch campaigns, and lead projects from end to end
Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,000 - $156,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
