Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Docs and Excel, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of documents, reports, and data management. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members. The successful candidate will also organize and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports in Google Docs and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
- Organize and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports in Google Docs and Excel.
- Assist with creating and formatting presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel to support business operations.
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and projects.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel (advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data management preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
