Job Summary

Breza & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join its Estate Planning and Administration group.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to assist with drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives. The ideal candidate will also prepare probate forms, correspondence connected to probate and estate planning, and pleadings for guardianship and estate litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
  • Prepare probate forms and correspondence related to probate and estate planning
  • Assist with the preparation of pleadings for guardianship and estate litigation matters
  • Provide support with document review and proofreading
Requirements
  • A four-year college degree or paralegal certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
