Company OverviewCalifornia Temp Services, Inc is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate office activities and operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas, arrange meetings, appointments, and provide reminders as needed.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
CompensationThe salary for this position is estimated at $19 per hour, depending on experience.Work ScheduleThe work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
