Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team at ALL OF GODS CHILDREN GROUP STRTP.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000. The benefits package includes 401(k), bonus based on performance, health insurance, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
  • Organizational Support: Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Correspondence: Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
  • Reporting: Contribute to company reports.
  • Filing System: Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Procedures Development: Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
  • Skills: Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines, excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Priorities: Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
