About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a temp to hire or direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clerical experience with excellent customer service skills, preferably in sales and administrative roles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with product information and assistance in purchasing decisions.
  • Receiving and responding to customer requests for quotations, orders, and lead times.
  • Making quotations on standard items and writing orders.
  • Handling purchase orders and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinating with other departments for shipping and inventory management.
