- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and services, accelerating customer adoption and growth.
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business IT solutions.
- Proven track record of success in customer relations and account management in the public sector.
- Current book of business with government clients.
- Strong understanding of government procurement operations and procedures.
- Ability to travel regularly.
