Resolute Industrial specializes in providing temporary climate control solutions, including cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power systems. Our extensive inventory features rental equipment such as portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, dehumidifiers, and generators, catering to diverse HVAC rental requirements across the nation. Our services are designed to help clients optimize their operations, reduce costs, and enhance experiences at various events.
Role Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and results-driven HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist to lead our market expansion efforts. Supported by one of the most comprehensive climate control rental fleets in the industry, this individual will be instrumental in our growth strategy by building and nurturing relationships with new clients while enhancing engagement with current accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to influence multiple sectors, including Mechanical Contracting, General Contracting, Construction, Property Management, Healthcare, Industrial Accounts, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets while sustaining and developing existing client relationships.
- Conduct direct sales outreach and presentations to targeted customer segments within the assigned market area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Engage in continuous product training and stay informed on industry advancements to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in Outside Sales, preferably in the HVAC or industrial rental sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings.
- Willingness to spend over 90% of time in the field interacting with clients.
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales, particularly in the HVAC rental field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities.
- Familiarity with the construction contracting and engineering processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate sectors is desirable.
- Competitive spirit and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a goal-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
