Your Role:

As a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our growth within the HVAC sector. You will represent our organization, focusing on selling replacement systems and developing a robust client portfolio. While we supply some leads, we are looking for a proactive individual who can independently drive business growth. Below are your key responsibilities:

1. **Sales Opportunity Identification**:

- Perform market analysis to uncover potential clients and projects.

- Evaluate customer requirements and determine how our HVAC offerings meet their needs.

- Gain insights into the competitive environment within your designated area.

2. **Building Relationships**:

- Forge and sustain strong, enduring connections with clients and prospects.

- Serve as a trusted consultant, comprehending their specific HVAC needs.

- Utilize your network to broaden our client base and establish a referral system.

3. **HVAC Knowledge**:

- Exhibit comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC products, services, and solutions.

- Collaborate with our technical team to deliver customized HVAC solutions.

4. **Sales Presentations**:

- Create and present compelling sales presentations that highlight the advantages of our offerings.

- Address client questions and concerns with assurance and professionalism.

- Negotiate terms to ensure mutually advantageous agreements.

5. **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Establish, monitor, and surpass sales objectives and revenue goals.

- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to reach your targets.

- Regularly assess and refine your strategies to optimize outcomes.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and potential opportunities.

- Provide consistent updates on your sales performance to management.

- Utilize CRM systems to enhance and streamline your sales process.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

Experience: Ideally, you possess prior experience in HVAC sales. Familiarity with HVAC equipment manufacturers is a plus.

Self-Motivated: You excel at working autonomously, identifying opportunities, and building your business from the ground up.

Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication abilities are outstanding.

Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.

Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
