Role Summary:
The Client Relations Coordinator I is accountable for the precise and prompt processing of all client orders. This involves collaborating with logistics to guarantee that transportation resources are allocated, appropriate pricing is applied, and all necessary documentation is prepared for order completion, ensuring timely invoicing.

Engage with Sellers, Clients, and designated team members to initiate, monitor, bill, and modify all orders according to client specifications.

Ensure that all order-related documentation is accurately saved in the designated system.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to confirm the accuracy of each order.
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with sales representatives regarding the status of client orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, warehouses, and carriers to arrange for the delivery of client orders, ensuring timely product arrival.
- Proactively inform clients and sales representatives of any delivery issues.
- Provide accurate and timely order and shipment documentation to clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding order status, inquiries, pricing, availability, and product details.
- Maintain electronic records related to orders and shipments.
- Build, nurture, and sustain client relationships to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in expediting order releases.
- Generate and review relevant reports as needed.
- Suggest process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Consistently demonstrate the values of Osterman Business Principles.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma and/or 1-2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with JDE is a plus.

Work Environment:
- Office setting (5 days per week).
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Occasional light travel may be necessary.
