Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you will provide support to one of our Senior Partners who oversees multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of year-end and month-end financial statements, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations.
  • Completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
  • Management and coordination of VAT and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines for VAT, Payroll, Statutory Accounts, and Tax Returns.
  • Act as a liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients.
  • Onboard and manage new clients.
  • Contribute to business growth through client referrals.
  • Provide tailored accountancy, taxation, and tax planning advice.
  • Respond to client inquiries in accordance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.
  • Conduct quality control and file reviews for team members.
  • Assist team members with complex accounting issues.
  • Support the team and Team Manager in delivering exceptional service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your line manager.
Working Hours:
We prefer candidates who can work standard office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we are open to flexibility for exceptional candidates.
