We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at 4D Vision Gym. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our 4D Digital Product line by selling our cutting-edge visual development, sports vision training, and brain injury rehabilitation programs to businesses and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the healthcare, education, and sports industries to sell our visual development, sports vision training, and brain injury rehabilitation programs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Marketing: Conduct daily face-to-face appointments, service existing customers, and increase revenue by developing existing accounts and consistently cold-calling for new prospects.
- Training and Support: Train prospective clients on the use and benefits of our programs and provide exceptional customer service to drive success.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify new business opportunities and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, education, or sports industries.
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
