Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic business plans to expand the Inertial Systems division.
- Make informed decisions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Oversee business development initiatives, including strategy formulation, client engagement, proposal crafting, and negotiation processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding program-related activities.
- Manage program execution, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and scheduling targets.
- Identify and resolve program-related challenges to guarantee successful project completion.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Engage in contract negotiations and manage contractual amendments, ensuring compliance and safeguarding organizational interests.
- Work closely with Engineering and Business Development teams to leverage product solutions.
- Contribute to the formulation of the Inertial Systems Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to program-related information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Program Management or Project Management is highly desirable.
