Role Overview:
As a pivotal player in the expansion of Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity offerings, you will spearhead the commercial development of innovative solutions and services across the Eastern United States and Canada. This position emphasizes revenue generation and fosters engagement with both internal and external stakeholders across diverse industries within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the segmentation and geographical strategy to ensure a sustainable sales approach and robust opportunity pipeline, collaborating with a dedicated team of Cybersecurity sales and pre-sales experts.
  • Develop customized value propositions and strategic communication plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Utilize consultative and solution-based selling techniques, alongside digital solution architecture and business case methodologies, to formulate actionable plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Guide Schneider Electric sales teams within the assigned region to cultivate validated opportunities and facilitate successful closures, identifying prospects that deliver value to customers and profitability to the organization.
  • Oversee post-sales customer success initiatives and identify new avenues for expanding sales scope.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Regional Manager for Cybersecurity Solutions and Services.

Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a digital sales or solution environment, with a strong grasp of professional services, SaaS, Managed Services, and recurring revenue models.
  • In-depth knowledge of the OT sector, including familiarity with equipment types (PMS/BMS/UPS/ICS), leading protocols, and network architectures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both emerging and established third-party OT cybersecurity technologies.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities, including closing significant orders exceeding $1M.
  • Strong sales acumen and expertise in value-based pricing strategies.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including delivery, R&D, and supply chain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST 800, and other relevant OT Cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
  • CISSP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
