Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the segment/geography strategy, ensuring a sustainable sales approach and a robust opportunity pipeline within a dynamic team of Cybersecurity sales and pre-sales experts.
  • Develop customized value propositions and strategic communication plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Utilize consultative and solution-based selling techniques, along with digital solution architecture, to formulate actionable plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Guide Schneider Electric sales teams in the designated area to cultivate validated opportunities and drive them towards successful closure, focusing on high-value prospects.
  • Oversee post-sale customer satisfaction and identify new avenues for expanding sales opportunities.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Regional Manager for Cybersecurity Solutions and Services.

Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital sales or solution-oriented environment, with a solid grasp of professional services, SaaS, Managed Services, and recurring revenue models.
  • In-depth knowledge of the OT landscape, including familiarity with equipment types (PMS/BMS/UPS/ICS), leading protocols, and network architectures.
  • Strong understanding of both emerging and established third-party OT cybersecurity technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing a pipeline of opportunities, including securing contracts valued over $1 million.
  • Excellent sales acumen and proficiency in value-based pricing strategies.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as delivery, R&D, and supply chain.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management and analytical capabilities, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST 800, and other OT Cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
  • CISSP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
