Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the IT Security Business Services Delivery team, focusing on Cybersecurity projects such as System and Application remediation, Monitoring and Logging, and Identity and Access Management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical mentorship in interpreting and applying Cybersecurity requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units and security teams to uphold security standards and ensure high-quality implementation of security components.
  • Work closely with leaders in the Information Security Organization to deliver both tactical and strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication with regional business unit Project Managers.
  • Utilize analytics to pinpoint significant security risks and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
  • Review threat intelligence from the cyber defense center and monitor remediation efforts across the organization.
  • Lead geographically distributed teams, facilitating project meetings, tracking project status, and managing risks and issues with effective mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with teams to align on project scope and budgetary considerations, with potential travel as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in InfoSecurity, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Qualys, Veracode, Tanium, WhiteHat, and Imperva.
  • Background in development or architecture with a solid understanding of security principles.

Preferred Certifications:
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT.

Skills:
  • Exceptional Project Management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to articulate security risks in business language to all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development in the cybersecurity domain.
