This role entails significant fieldwork, with expectations of spending over 50% of your time outside the office, engaging with both existing and prospective Stratascale clients, identifying new business opportunities, networking, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing business with existing clients and acquiring new clients through targeted sales strategies, including cold calling, client meetings, and industry networking.
  • Identifying, creating, developing, and managing opportunities within the sales pipeline to meet sales objectives.
  • Understanding clients' business goals, IT priorities, and initiatives.
  • Positioning Stratascale's portfolio of products, solutions, and services effectively.
  • Leading the sales of professional services and solutions related to digital transformation.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with both current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with internal support teams throughout the sales process.
  • Excelling in a collaborative sales environment.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting company offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Traveling within the assigned sales territory to engage with clients and attend company events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct outside sales or as an Account Executive.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with large enterprise clients, with a proven track record in:
    • Cybersecurity professional services.
    • Cybersecurity managed services.
    • Demonstrating multi-disciplinary cybersecurity platforms.
    • Application modernization.
    • Automation services.
    • Cloud consulting services.
  • Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in prospecting, strategic account planning, and proven solution selling methodologies.
  • Experience in establishing and nurturing CXO relationships in targeted accounts, particularly in advisory and consulting roles.

  • Experience selling complex IT solutions to large enterprise clients with a history of achieving significant gross margins.
  • Familiarity with programs from leading OEMs in various sectors.

Unique Requirements:

  • This position requires a minimum of 50% of work time to be spent outside of an office setting.
  • Travel to company events and meetings is necessary.

Additional Information:
The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $400,000, inclusive of base salary and commission. Compensation is contingent upon job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and will vary among individuals. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
