About the Opportunity

RapidAir is seeking a Southeast Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and expanding our customer base in the Southeast region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial and industrial building materials market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the customer base and increase revenue in the Southeast region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data mining, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Report sales progress and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial or industrial building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast region's commercial and industrial market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a cross-functional team and represent the company's brand identity, business strategy, and product positioning.
