Criterion Executive Search is seeking a talented Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team in North Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing smaller to middle-tier agencies within the North Florida & South Georgia region, building strong relationships with agents, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing assigned territory, utilizing collaborative tools and marketing strategies to build relationships with agencies, and attending events and networking opportunities to expand agency connections and market presence. You will also act as a Field Territory Representative, visiting agencies to develop new opportunities to grow premium and maintain positive rapport with clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in business development, production-oriented sales, or territory marketing within the insurance industry. Previous experience working for a Carrier, MGA or Broker in an insurance sale or marketing related role is required. A college degree and/or insurance designations are a plus.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a company car and a full suite of perks and benefits.
