About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at AD Solutions, you will drive new business and deliver results by cultivating strong client relationships within your territory. You will meet or exceed sales quotas by offering tailored Sharp Technology Solutions.

Your Responsibilities
• Drive new business by prospecting and securing weekly meetings with clients
• Deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations to secure deals
• Collaborate effectively with sales associates, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use PipeDrive to manage sales activities, track your pipeline, and contribute to team success

About You
We are looking for a Sales Performance Executive who has a proven track record of success in B2B outside sales, particularly in technology or similar industries. You should have proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools. A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation are required. You should also have exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and close deals.
