Sales and Artistry Territory Manager

The Sales and Artistry Territory Manager is responsible for representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand in a large multi-retailer territory, driving sales, education, and artistry. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to build strong relationships with store teams and maximize ROI.
Sales Strategy:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of beauty industry experience, including retail management, and be able to create sales strategies that consistently meet and exceed plan. They will be able to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop winning partnerships with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial results in stores to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Determine individual and team sales targets and communicate them effectively.
- Identify and execute key events and activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Inspire and motivate door teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze business performance and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for being a specialist among retail artistry brands, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
Customer Service:
The Sales and Artistry Territory Manager will lead by example, promoting exceptional customer service and the 'Tilbury Touch' in every interaction. They will work collaboratively with the Education team to provide continuous training and development, ensuring Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in areas of service, artistry, and product knowledge.
Team Development:
This role requires a positive and cohesive team culture, facilitating high-impact trainings, and recognizing great performance. The ideal candidate will encourage completion of LMS courses and participate in seasonal school and partner with Area Trainers on at-counter follow-up plans.
Operations:
The Sales and Artistry Territory Manager will implement door development plans, ensure the counter is 'customer ready,' and maintain required inventory levels. They will schedule to optimize coverage according to customer flow and business needs, controlling store expenses within budget guidelines.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of beauty industry experience, including retail management, and be willing to travel 75% of the time. They must possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, ability to influence others, and demonstrated success in developing winning teams. Estimated salary: $65,000-$75,000.
