RapidAir is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our Southeast Region sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers, building strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the compressed air industry. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive bonus structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the compressed air industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the compressed air industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
