Territory Business Development Manager

Kustom US Inc., a leading provider of property restoration services, is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a dynamic and self-driven individual who can establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial properties, third-party administrators, and other organizations.
About the JobThis position involves developing and executing a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential commercial clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, educating clients on the company's restoration services, and negotiating and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry, and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, are essential for this role.
