Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Analyst to join our team at Aramco Services Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of services contracts, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contracting plans, including identifying contract requirements, proposed procurement methods, and supplier technical qualifications.
  • Participate in job explanation meetings, evaluation of proposals, and negotiations with contractors.
  • Handle contract administration duties, including ensuring compliance with agreed terms, reporting on contract status, and issuing release purchase orders, work orders, and change orders.
  • Monitor and update records on vendor performance, support disputes and claims handling, and implement lessons learned.
  • Advise Contract Proponents on deviation of contract requirements and assist with contract demand planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, procurement, or a closely related field.
  • Developed skills in planning and negotiating, with the ability to analyze various factors and make sound recommendations and decisions.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in business software applications.
  • At least three years of general experience in contract management and administration.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a primarily office environment, with regular travel required to contract development and administration efforts.
