Contract Administrator Role at Clayton Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Clayton Services. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in administering and routing contract documents during the construction phase of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute contract documents to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and sign routine correspondence on behalf of the Construction Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Arrange conferences and meetings, and assemble required background materials as directed.
  • Independently handle recurring office procedures, including scheduling meetings and communicating with departments.
  • Collect information for routine inquiries and periodic reports.
  • Refer non-routine requests to the Construction Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Newforma software is a plus.
