Contract Administrator Role at Clayton Services
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Clayton Services. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in administering and routing contract documents during the construction phase of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute contract documents to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare and sign routine correspondence on behalf of the Construction Manager.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- Arrange conferences and meetings, and assemble required background materials as directed.
- Independently handle recurring office procedures, including scheduling meetings and communicating with departments.
- Collect information for routine inquiries and periodic reports.
- Refer non-routine requests to the Construction Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of Newforma software is a plus.
