About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at The Digital Ring. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and guiding marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each and every client account by thinking critically, asking thoughtful questions, and providing constant strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborative Marketing Leadership: Organize specialty teams to conduct discovery for strategic understanding of clients' audiences, market, competitors, goals, and branding, complete diagnostic and assessments, develop and execute strategic marketing plans, and brainstorm creative campaign concepts.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance, gather data, and apply insights to optimize strategies, meeting quarterly KPIs and profitability goals.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear, compelling communication in client meetings, emails, and presentations. Serve as the lead in both client and internal discussions.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client challenges and internal process improvements swiftly and effectively, ensuring smooth project flow and resolution of any issues.
  • Client Forecasting: Identify opportunities for improvement and/or account growth to support the company's goals and guarantee a profitable client partnership.
Requirements
  • Marketing Prowess: Thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, etc.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to see the bigger picture and make decisions that align with clients' business goals.
  • Excellent Communicator: Capable of articulating complex ideas clearly, succinctly, persuasively to both clients and teams.
  • Problem-Solver: Demonstrates agility in addressing challenges and adjusting strategies as needed and knows when to escalate issues to upper management for additional support.
  • Proactive Leader: Takes ownership of client success, continuously assessing relationships and improving processes to deliver outstanding results.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures every project detail is managed, from tracking hours to meeting deadlines and ensuring profitability.
  • Action-Oriented: Breaks down complex issues into easy-to-understand, deadline-driven action items, outlining exactly what is needed, and from whom, and by when, to help reach a resolution.
  • Creative Insight: Reviews all final deliverables with a critical eye and be able to provide clear, thoughtful feedback to internal teams if the deliverable does not meet expectations.
  • Career Development: Regularly asks for and is open to feedback internally and from the clients. They must demonstrate a willingness and commitment to applying the feedback provided.
