Position Overview:

InnoActive Group is a prominent provider of project oversight and technological consultancy, primarily serving public sector organizations and Fortune 500 companies. We have successfully managed a diverse array of construction and technology initiatives, from minor undertakings to extensive multi-billion-dollar capital projects.

We are in search of a seasoned and meticulous Construction Project Manager to enhance our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects from the bidding phase through to execution. This role entails ensuring that all projects are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and meet the requisite quality benchmarks. Collaboration with senior management, engineers, and other stakeholders is essential, as is serving as the primary liaison for clients. Additionally, you will monitor project performance, pinpoint potential challenges, and offer strategic recommendations for corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management, engineers, and general contractors to ensure alignment with client specifications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all stages of multiple construction projects, including initiation, bidding, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Evaluate project performance against set metrics, identifying potential challenges and risks.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for corrective actions to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and uphold quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in education, infrastructure, utilities, and building renovation projects is essential.
  • Prior experience with DSA (Division of the State Architect) is required.
  • Proficiency in drawing and document management software such as Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
