About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead specific construction site activities, including managing subcontractor work and coordinating with project teams.
  • Support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager in overseeing work progress, subcontractor manpower, and trade coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Collect and assemble on-site testing reports, inspection reports, and Construction Completion Records for close-out documentation.
  • Assume primary responsibility for activities associated with specific trades on assigned construction sites.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including targeted and actual activities lists, durations, and sequencing logic.
  • Support the development of change control documentation and related financial documentation.
  • Participate in constructibility reviews of design documents.
  • Assist with the procurement and coordination of extra-corporate project resources.
  • Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
