Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team at Project Support Services. As a key player in our construction project management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and expediting project certification processes to ensure seamless closeout packages for our clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating all aspects of project closeout, ensuring that goals are achieved within the specified schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Prepare and compile closeout packages, ensuring that all required documents are complete and submitted promptly.
  • Manage project files in our document control software, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, inspectors, and School District personnel to ensure project milestones are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, meeting agendas, and managing project-related correspondence.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in project coordination, planning, and reporting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
